Roots

Not a day goes by that I don't miss this car, it literally taught me everything when it comes to having fun drifting. Drive, skid, fill with oil, replace tires and repeat. Has to be some method in progression though I guess!

Driving consistent lines on a track is one thing, but to back it up run after run on the street is something else..

In the Night

Hills Run

Tonight I traded sleep for a long overdue hills run with Pete, Rob and Casey. Have to admit my driving was a bit on the sketchy side but ended up getting used to it after a few runs. No complaints about the car here either, had plenty of lock, easy power even on the tight sections it was letting me use 3rd.

Had a few close battles with Pete in his 350z as well which was damn good fun, he also let me have a steer for a run or two!

Have to say I've missed this way too much! May have some vids if I can grab them off Casey.

The Streets

14 is running again, finished it off today no leaks or issues, although the front wheel pulled the guard in so will have to look at fixing that or get glass guards, for now I'm just happy to be driving it again!

Those Days

Days spent with mates, working on cars until the morning rises, knocking back beers. I miss Chewyball 2010!

Flynn and his s13

This is how it's sitting at the moment, just needs a few wires and interior bits tidied up and then he'll be getting straight into painting it! Should have a gp sports front bar on the way as well!

Manifold choice

So I decided to stick with a standard cast design for strength and longevity compared to stainless, I also ported the s13 mani to get rid of the nasty bulges and imperfections then hit it with some high temp paint for a better finish, turbo is almost ready to be refitted just waiting on two more fittings! Will post port size from stock to modified to show differences too!

Having some pretty real thoughts of selling up and buying a newer, more dailyable 350!

Logan 4wd

Went fourbying with the guys today, all in all was a good day although seeing a guy get airlifted out after rolling his jeep and 5-0 rocking up was a little sketchy!

Fitted up the braided lines tonight, just need to get two more earls fittings and find a decent stainless manifold or stock mani without emissions control on it!
